INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Sunset Desert Safari L.L.C (“Sunset Desert Safari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions set the rules for using our tours, activities, bookings, and services (“Services”). By booking with us or joining any of our adventures, you agree to follow these rules. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t continue with your booking or participation.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY

Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings depend on availability.
  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
  • After payment, you will get confirmation via email or voucher.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers
  • Online payments through secure gateways on our site
  • Cash (AED) at our office where applicable

Pricing

  • Prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will stay at the agreed rate.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Client Cancellations

  • 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund or free reschedule (depending on availability).
  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% fee applies.
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.
  • Refunds will reach you within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.

Operator Cancellations

We may cancel tours due to:

  • Bad weather or unsafe conditions
  • Low bookings
  • Force majeure events

If we cancel, you can get a full refund or reschedule for another day.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 3 years) ride free, no separate seat.
  • Children 3–10 years pay child rates.
  • Children above 10 years pay adult rates.
  • Children must be with a responsible adult at all times.


SAFETY AND PARTICIPATION

Health and Fitness

Some activities like dune bashing, quad biking, or camel riding need a reasonable level of fitness. People with serious health issues, pregnancy, or heart conditions should avoid certain activities.

Responsibility During the Tour

  • Always follow instructions from Sunset Desert Safari staff.
  • Service may be refused if someone is intoxicated or acting dangerously.
  • You are responsible for your belongings. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged items.


TRANSPORTATION POLICY

  • Shared or private transfers are assigned depending on your booking.
  • Vehicles are allocated at our discretion.
  • Seat belts and helmets must always be worn.
  • No smoking or alcohol inside vehicles.


INSURANCE

We carry public liability insurance as required in the UAE. Still, we recommend getting your own travel insurance for medical coverage, cancellations, or personal accidents.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • All activities carry some risk. By joining, you accept those risks.
  • Sunset Desert Safari and staff are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss unless due to proven negligence.
  • We cannot control third-party providers like hotels or transport operators.

 

MODIFICATIONS AND ITINERARIES

Tours may change due to weather, local laws, or other unexpected events. If possible, we will provide a similar alternative.

CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

Please respect UAE laws and customs. Misbehavior, breaking rules, or being disrespectful may result in removal from the tour without refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By joining, you agree unless you tell us otherwise in writing before the tour.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal data is handled carefully according to UAE laws. We use it only to provide bookings, ensure safety, and run our services. We do not share your information unless required by law or for service purposes.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be addressed in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
